In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the Platform, clicking any registration button, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes ongoing acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside, and are to be read together with, the idx88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific promotion or game rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion or game, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern in all other respects.

The governing language of these Terms & Conditions is English. Any translation provided for convenience only shall not be legally binding.

To register and maintain an active Account on idx88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. idx88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any local laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by idx88 or any gaming authority.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler on any voluntary or court-ordered exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of an employee of idx88 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

idx88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period specified by the Company may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a contact phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. idx88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have previously notified idx88 of unauthorised access to your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify idx88 immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

idx88 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals, and may initiate KYC verification at any other time at its discretion. The KYC process typically requires you to submit the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or a utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your registered name).

Withdrawals will remain suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed. idx88 reserves the right to close an Account and return remaining Real Money Funds to source if a Player refuses to complete or fails KYC verification.

idx88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods are subject to availability and may change from time to time. idx88 accepts no liability for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. idx88 does not impose any deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which idx88 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of your Account pending investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to your nominated bank account or e-wallet, which must be registered in your own name and match your verified KYC identity. idx88 targets processing all withdrawal requests within an average of five minutes; however, processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances such as scheduled bank maintenance or high-volume periods. idx88 accepts no liability for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider once funds have been dispatched.

idx88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where a Player has recently changed banking details, where unusual account activity has been identified, or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or collusive behaviour.

All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). idx88 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are charged by idx88; all transactions are processed at face value in IDR.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by idx88 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — one bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• idx88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Player who has already commenced wagering activity under the promotion will not be materially disadvantaged.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including by opening multiple Accounts, coordinating bets with other Players, or placing offsetting bets across markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in permanent Account closure.

New Players who make their first qualifying deposit may be entitled to a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 1.500.000, subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount on eligible games. The Welcome Bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 50.000. Specific eligible games and excluded games are listed on the Promotions page.

Unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise, standard wagering requirements apply as follows:

• Slots and crash games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (including Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, roulette, and baccarat) contribute 15% toward wagering requirements.
• Sportsbook bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; bets at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%.
• Progressive jackpot games contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.

All sportsbook bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. idx88 covers a comprehensive range of markets including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia matches, AFF Cup, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and esports events such as Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile tournaments.

idx88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or declared invalid by the relevant sporting authority. In the event that a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets — where a single wager covers multiple selections — are available on eligible markets. If one selection in a mix parlay is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. All other legs must win for a mix parlay to pay out.

Live casino games (including Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat) are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined in real time by live dealers and are independently audited. All results are final once the dealer or game host has confirmed the outcome.

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate identity, age, or address information.
• Making deposits using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity in connection with any event covered by the idx88 sportsbook.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting errors in the Platform's software, odds, or payout calculations (so-called "advantage play" via system errors is not permitted; all such bets will be voided).

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, idx88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit idx88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

idx88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

idx88 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions on the Platform and employs industry-standard data protection practices — including access controls, encrypted storage, and regular independent security audits — to safeguard your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idx88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.
